LokalTapiola Finans Ab har utför ett värdepapperiserinfsarrangemang där en del av bolagets avbetalningskontrat portfölj har värdepaperisesras i ett internationellt arrangemang där avbetalningsfinansieringens kundservice, kontraktsportföljens förvaltning samt balansfinansieringen differntieras till skilda bolag.
För arrangemanget har ett företag vid namn LT Autohallinto DAC grundats i Irland som ett separat företag, till vilket kontraktsportföljen har överförts. Alla kunder som har ett avbetalnignskontrakt som har överförts till LT Autohallinto DAC, har fått ett notisbrev as arrangemanget. Arrangemanget har ingen påverkan till övriga kunder. Överförning av kontrakter påverkar inte till kundernas status, rättigheter eller skyldigheter och inte heller till kundservicen som fortsätter som tidigare på LokalTapiola Finans.

Information regarding a securitisation transaction carried out by LocalTapiola Finance
LocalTapiola Finance Ltd has separated its hire purchase contract portfolio as well as its customer service, vehicle management and balance sheet financing activities relating to vehicle financing into separate companies in an international securitisation transaction.
For this purpose a special purpose company, LT Autohallinto DAC has been established in Ireland to be the transferee of the hire purchase contract portfolio. All the customers whose Hire Purchase contract has been transferred to LT Autohallinto DAC have received a notification letter explaining the transfer. The securitization transaction has no effect on other customers whose contracts are not part of the transaction. The transaction will not affect the status, rights or obligations of customers and also the customer service activities will continue with LocalTapiola Finance Ltd as before.
