Online service agreement

We have upgaded our online service for companies. In order to use the new service you must first create a new online service agreement. Please view the instructions below, create an agreement and activate the service!

Activate the service now

The Corporate online service allows you to take care of your annual insurance routines, and to make claims. There you can also send messages over a secure connection.

Whoever first signs the online service agreement will become the service main user.

The service main user can appoint new online service users and manage user rights. Additionally, you can also replace the main user later or add several main users.

How to conclude the agreement electronically

1. Conclude an agreement

Conclude your online service agreement electronically. Please note that only someone authorised to sign for the company can conclude the online service agreement for that company.

To conclude the agreement, you need:
- your personal banking credentials;
- the company’s business ID.

2. Wait for our message

You will be sent an e-mail message when we have activated the service for your use.

3. Log in to the service

After this, the main user can log in to the service and add new users:

On the front page, select Käyttäjähallinta (User management) and Lisää uusi käyttäjä (Add new user), or Lisää useita käyttäjiä (Add several users) if you wish to add more than one user.

When adding a user, you need their:
- name
- e-mail address
- telephone number
- personal identity code.

If the user does not have a Finnish personal identity code, you need his or her date of birth and nationality. This functionality works only when you add one new user.

If you wish to add several users at the same time, they all must have a Finnish personal identity code.When adding a user, you can also choose their access right role. Once you have added the new user’s details, he or she will be sent an email message to activate the service. To ensure that this works smoothly, provide the correct contact details.

4. Authorise another users

After the online service has been activated, the main user can authorise another company – such as an accountants’ office – or an individual to manage the company’s insurances in the online service. Your company’s in-force online powers of attorney will automatically transfer to the new service.Some powers of attorney may require that they be approved specifically. The service front page shows you the information about these powers of attorney.

How to conclude the agreement using a PDF form

You can conclude the online service agreement using a PDF form if your business type is any of the following:

- deemed partnership
- sole trader (if the business ID is not registered in the Trade Register)
- other association
- foundation
- association operating under a special law
- Evangelical Lutheran Church
- insurance fund
- joint municipal authority
- other economic association
- registered religious community
- unemployment fund

Sign on the online agreement

If your company already started the online service agreement process, but the agreement is still missing some signatures from those authorised to sign for the company, click here to sign the online service agreement.

To sign, you need:
- your personal banking credentials
- the company's business ID.
